📍 Where will the seminar take place?

The ZOOM conference room will be our workspace.

👋 The ULA's == WHATSAPP== group will be very important for us to send you messages directly. Make sure you always have your phone close by.

💡 Tips for a good ZOOM conference:

  1. == background: == look for a neutral zone, which you feel serves as a working background.

  2. == light: == avoid having the camera pointed directly at the light.

  3. == internet: == the faster your connection, the better your experience will be. Choose the location of the space with the best connection. You can test the speed of the internet here.

  4. == headphones: == make sure you have headphones handy in case your sound is causing feedback and noise during the call.

  5. == commands: == learns the zoom commands in advance how to silence the computer, for example.

🤓 What are the == tricks == for good online session?

🎈 Setting up the mood

Defining a specific physical space to work on will help you stay focused and stay organized.

😆 Speak, speak, speak

Not being in the same physical space leads to communication errors and loss of information. It is essential to talk more than usual with the people on your team and the rest of the class.

Do not miss the schedules

Follow the proposed work schedules to ensure that the moments go as planned. Mandela-style, try to get to the start of each moment in advance.

🥰 Ways of working

The online work experience is an opportunity but it is also a challenge. Therefore, it is important that we can all get involved in different moments with commitment.

🙏 Online golden rules

1. Mute the == microphone==, please;
2. Activate == side-by-side/gallery view == so that we can see everyone;
3. == Use chat == to share ideas, comments and questions;

4. We will be placed in workrooms during some moments - don't leave them until you are asked to;
5. As we have the microphones off, we can react to reinforce the dialogue.
